Enjoy Life Food’s granola cereal includes a combination of brown rice flakes and rice bran, flax powder, pure cane brown sugar and real fruit. The cereal contains 514 mg of omega 3 fatty acids per serving, 6-8 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein in addition to being fortified with calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamins A and E, folate and other B vitamins.
